Projects
➕ Creating Projects
Projects are workspaces that contain all your related tasks. Each project has its own Kanban board.
To create a new project:
- Click the + button next to the project selector
- Enter a descriptive name for your project
- Click "Add" to create and switch to your new project

Save your project structure as a reusable template for future projects with similar requirements.
🗑️ Delete Projects
Remove projects you no longer need. This action cannot be undone and will delete all tasks.

Mark important tasks with priority to display them at the top of each column with a star indicator.

🗑️ Delete Tasks
Remove tasks using the delete button or context menu. Deleted tasks cannot be recovered.

🤖 Generate Note Content with AI
The AI assistant can help you quickly create structured note content. Simply describe what you need, and it will generate organized, formatted notes for you.
- 1. Open the notes editor by clicking the note icon on any task
- 2. Find the AI input field at the top of the editor
- 3. Type what you want the note to contain (e.g., "meeting agenda", "project requirements", "5 cities in USA")
- 4. Click the sparkle (✨) icon or press Enter
- 5. AI-generated content appears in your note with proper formatting
💡 Tips for Better AI Results
- • Be specific about quantity (e.g., "3 main points", "5 steps")
- • Specify the topic clearly (e.g., "recipe for chicken", "web design checklist")
- • Request structured formats when needed (e.g., "bullet points", "numbered list")
- • AI keeps notes concise - typically 5-7 items maximum
- • You can generate multiple times and edit the results
Note: AI note generation counts toward your daily AI usage limit (10 for free, 100 for premium).

🎯 How to Send Tasks
- 1. Click the three dots (⋮) menu on any task
- 2. Select "Send sticky note" option
- 3. Enter recipient's email address
- 4. Add an optional personal message
- 5. Choose whether to keep a copy in your project (optional)
- 6. Click "Send" to share the task
💡 Keep a Copy: By default, sent tasks are removed from your project. Check "Keep a copy in my project after sending" if you want to retain the task while sharing it with others.
📥 Receiving Sticky Notes
📬 Inbox Management
- • Click the inbox icon in the top navigation to view received tasks
- • A notification badge shows the number of pending sticky notes
- • All users (free and premium) can receive shared sticky notes

Accepting a task:
- • Select a project to add it to
- • Click "Accept" to add it to your selected project
- • Task appears in the Backlog column
Rejecting a task:
- • Click "Reject" to return it to the sender
- • Task is automatically sent back to sender's inbox
